Is SIMETRY just for businesses?

Yes, SIMETRY services are exclusively for businesses and organizations. We serve various industries, including agriculture, robotics, live streaming, surveillance, utilities, asset tracking, and government – anywhere IoT services are needed. We don’t require a minimum number of devices or SIM cards. So whether you have a small deployment of 5-10 SIMs or thousands of devices in the field, we have IoT solutions for you and your organization.

Can I use my existing SIMs?

Yes, in most cases we can transfer existing SIMs and eSIMs. Rapid SIM activation is something we pride ourselves on.

How hard is the setup?

Our support team goes above and beyond to ensure our customers are comfortable with their setup. SIMETRY sets you up to be self-reliant whether you are technical or not with setup validation, troubleshooting and engineering, SIM and device provisioning, and ongoing 24×7 in-house support.

Erin has been super helpful and has been a pleasure to work with. She has been willing to help find the right product/network for my needs. She also occasionally follow-up to make sure that my needs are being met with my sims. Simetry offers plenty of flexibility in various sims to provide the right service for my IOT module's needs. Simetry's tech support has also been top notch in helping me troubleshoot issues I've dealt with (most have been issues with my code or with needing PTCRB certification before use of certain features). It's great to work with a company that is able and willing to help a startup business that may only need 1 sim, or 1000's of sims. I tried to work with AT&T directlly for this and they were going to require I have a need for 30,000 sims before they would work with me. Simetry has been able to provide service of the 3 major networks as my company grows.

When I finally got my device connected, I realized the issue was a setting on my side. I let them know and apologized for taking up their time. Cash Blackburn responded with, “Not a problem at all.” Then, since I mentioned I was new to IoT, he offered to call me and walk through a concern he had with my configuration.

Because I was using a static IP, he wanted to make sure I understood how to secure it properly to avoid potential hacking risks. That kind of proactive, thoughtful support is almost unheard of.
