I just started an IoT project and, as a complete beginner, I needed a lot of help. I tried three different providers, and Simetry was by far the best—it's not even close. Their sales and tech support teams are incredible: fast, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

When I finally got my device connected, I realized the issue was a setting on my side. I let them know and apologized for taking up their time. Cash Blackburn responded with, “Not a problem at all.” Then, since I mentioned I was new to IoT, he offered to call me and walk through a concern he had with my configuration.

Because I was using a static IP, he wanted to make sure I understood how to secure it properly to avoid potential hacking risks. That kind of proactive, thoughtful support is almost unheard of.

I have been extremely pleased with Simetry. My Simetry rep, who was spectacular, recently moved to another position. I know how hard it is to find good reps and expected the worse with my new rep. But she is just as great and knocking it put of the park. I am a smaller business, but they treat me like their most important customer.
