In most cases, yes, our connectivity is carrier-agnostic, so the modem isn’t locked to a single network. There are a few SKU-specific models that are locked to individual carriers, but they are noted clearly on our site. It’s always a good idea to check your deployment and carrier needs with a SIMETRY rep before moving forward with hardware.

Can I get a static IP with my cellular modem?

Yes, static IPs are available for deployments that require a fixed address for remote access or monitoring.

Does SIMETRY offer bulk pricing?

Yes, bulk pricing is available on qualifying orders. Thresholds vary by product and order size, so reach out to our team for a custom quote based on your deployment needs.

I don't see the product I'm looking for, can you still get it?
