I am a startup and needed to find an IoT SIM not connected to a phone line for an off-site router. I tried to contact many companies to get help and was very unsuccessful until I found SIMETRY! I called 10 minutes before the Simetry office opened and hung up before leaving a message, intending to call back during their regular business hours, but within minutes Cristina called me back based on my caller ID. She listened to my story, helped me find a solution, got me set up with an account, and organized the SIM to be shipped out to me before the close of business day! Great product and prices! Support Staff have been great, I needed extra time to build out my products utilizing their SIMs and they were very accommodating with test gear and helping me fill my niche. Cristina on their support team and my account manager has been wonderful, and patient at times as I kept needing more and more time to get the engineering done. I stumbled on SIMETRY by chance googling providers that could supply me with what I was looking for. I do not normally give reviews as this "I need a pat on the back" for doing one's job is too much. But... and a Big But... hit me regarding this company... and it what we all look for when doing business. Yep - straight up customer service like it should be. They spend the time on the phone communicating with you... educating you, if you needed that like I did, explaining the process, making sure you understand what they offer, how it works, and how much it cost. It sounds a little silly to say...but it is refreshing as we all know that is not the norm anymore. What might be more impressive is on an observed holiday - they were able to get me an eSim for a client that was in dire straits. So you know multiple people were involved....not just one...so think about that. They ACTUALLY CARE about their customers. All of my business goes their way now. No questions asked. They earned it and deserve it... and I deserve it too. Old school values at SIMETRY!

Erin has been super helpful and has been a pleasure to work with. She has been willing to help find the right product/network for my needs. She also occasionally follow-up to make sure that my needs are being met with my sims. Simetry offers plenty of flexibility in various sims to provide the right service for my IOT module's needs. Simetry's tech support has also been top notch in helping me troubleshoot issues I've dealt with (most have been issues with my code or with needing PTCRB certification before use of certain features). It's great to work with a company that is able and willing to help a startup business that may only need 1 sim, or 1000's of sims. I tried to work with AT&T directlly for this and they were going to require I have a need for 30,000 sims before they would work with me. Simetry has been able to provide service of the 3 major networks as my company grows.

Traté de trabajar directamente con el proveedor de telefonía celular y después de más de una semana de llamadas y correos electrónicos, sin respuesta me di por vencido. Pensé que tiene que haber una manera más fácil y no es Simetry. Llamé y Craig cogió el teléfono y me tenía un presupuesto en menos de 30 min. y cuando acepté la cotización que fue capaz de obtener sims y activado en el día. Wow que era fácil, así que si usted necesita sims IOT se los recomiendo. Sólo ahorrar tiempo y dinero y pasar por alto las compañías celulares e ir con Simetry.
